Inter-state firearms syndicate busted

A team of Special Cell busted an inter-state firearms supply syndicate and recovered 10 firearms from them. 

Acting on a tip-off, police knew about an inter-state arms syndicate. A team was formed, led by Inspectors Manender Singh, Sundeep Yadav, Neeraj Kumar with SI Vishal, ASIs Rajesh Rana, Pradeep, HCs Deepak, Sumit, Atul , Dinesh, Amit, Rakesh, Sanjay, Ravinder and Sikandar, the entire operation was carried out under the supervision of ACP ( Spl.Cell) Sanjay Dutt.

The team apprehended two accused Sunny Sharma 30 years and Devinder Chhabra 28 years. Three semi-automatic pistols and 7 single-shot pistols were recovered from them. As the probe progressed, it was revealed about the involvement of Sunny Sharma in a drug racket and a murder case. While Devinder Chhabra was found involved in a murde case.
