Gambling racket busted

A team of AATS (Anti-Auto Theft Squad) Shahdara District nabbed two individuals involved in gambling in the area of PS Seemapuri. The team secured ₹13,950  from their possession. The AATS Staff got secret information about an individual Jitesh Chander Shah, who was running an illegal gambling racket in Seemapuri. The raiding team comprising SI Rahul Bisht, HCs Rohit, Kuldeep and Umesh, constables Shubham, Ajay and Tanuj, led by ACP Gurudev Singh under the direction of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Shahdara,Prashant Gautam raided the said place and caught two persons and one munshi. The accused nabbed were identified as Jitesh Chander Shah 70 years and Nazim Shah 30 years.
