Associate of Kapil Sangwan gang nabbed with firearms

An active member of 

Kapil Sangwan (Nandu Gang) was arrested with firearms.

A team led by inspectors Krishan Kadian, Rakesh Kumar, and Amit Nara, under the supervision of ACP Rahul Kumar Singh, arrested Ashish Rathi 30 years from Swarn Jyanti Park, Rohini.

He is alleged to have been involved in extortion and shooting.

On November 6, 2024, a shooting outside a department store in Paschim Vihar and another incident at a car workshop in Chhawla were reported. These incidents were linked to gangster Kapil Sangwan and the cases were registered at Paschim Vihar and Chhawla police stations. 

The team worked tirelessly and zeroed in on some suspects, who actively participated in the crime. The team made unstinted efforts and finally arrested Ashish and recovered one semi-automatic pistol with 2 live cartridges from his possession.
