Police crack down on illegal migrants

In a major anti-infiltration drive, the South District Police have intensified action against illegal Bangladeshi migrants in the Sangam Vihar area. The crackdown, aimed at strengthening national security and law enforcement, led to a thorough verification drive.

During the operation, police teams checked 153 individuals, including 77 males and 76 females, suspected of illegal stay in the area. Officials confirmed that this drive is part of a larger effort to identify and take action against unauthorized migrants residing in Delhi.

A senior police official stated, “Ensuring national security is our priority. We are committed to taking strict action against illegal infiltration and will continue such operations in the future.”

The authorities have reiterated their commitment to maintaining law and order.
