Two minors held in a murder case

The police worked out a murder case and caught two juveniles in this connection. A call was received at PS Ghazipur reporting about a male dead body found at New Kondli Samritivan Park, Ghazipur. On reaching the said location, police found the male body half-drowned in Smriti Lake. Police inspected the body and found injury marks. The crime team identified the deceased as Rahul Singh Bisht, 24 years. Further, the body was preserved in the mortuary at LBS Hospital.
Keeping in view the gravity of the case, several teams were formed under the supervision of Additional DCP Vinit Kumar. Teams analysed CCTV footage and collected manual clues to apprehend murderers. With unwavering and unstinted efforts, police nabbed two juveniles involved in the murder. On CDR analysis, the deceased’s connection was found with a woman. She admitted to her two-year relationship with him. While drunk, he caused a disturbance at her home. Her son confessed to having killed the deceased with his friend at Smritivan, Kondli by using a brick. Both juveniles were apprehended, the brick and motorcycle were recovered.
