Thak Thak gang busted, one held

Crime Branch arrested a wanted criminal from Thak-Thak gang and recovered a huge amount of cash. 

As per the complaint, Pradeep Gupta was going from Sadar Bazar to Shalimar Bagh with his driver in his car, and kept a bag in the car’s boot space containing cash. When he reached near Shastri Nagar Metro Station, one unknown individual came and informed  the leakage of engine oil. On inspecting, the complainant found spilled engine oil over the bonnet. As soon as he sat back, he found his bag missing. Soon a complaint in this connection was registered at PS Sarai Rohilla. 

A team of AEKC had been making efforts to nab the accused. A secret information was received by ASI Sunil Kumar and HC Ravinder. Accordingly, a team of Sl Yujvendra Singh, Manoj Kumar and Premjeet, W/SI Manju Bala, ASI Sunil Kumar, Satish Kumar, HC Ravinder and constable Nishant, led by Inspector Amit Solanki was constituted, under the supervision of ACP Sushil Kumar, to nab the accused.

A raid was conducted, a person Sanjay alias Sanju 21 years from Indraprasth Park, Sarai Kale Khan, Delhi was arrested. The police also secured ₹4.92 lakhs from him.
