Two juveniles held with stolen scooty

Two minors were caught during a routine patrolling by SI Navdeep and HC Deepak near  Sadhbhawana Apartment, Mandawali. They  noticed two individuals trying to start a scooty. Both the suspects tried to flee when they saw the cops reaching towards them and tried to run away but finally got overpowered.
