Sunrise Cricket Club registers an easy win

Sunrise Cricket Club secured a 9 wicket win over Dhruv Cricket Club with the help of key contributors; Abhishek Khosla (72), Tinku Tomar (53*) and Ajay (54*) at the NBR Cricket Stadium Ground, Nithora, Loni. Dhruv Cricket Club’s captain won the toss and elected to bat first, scoring a competitive total of 192/6 in 25 overs. Despite the slow start, prominent batsmen Ranjan (5) and Ghanshyam (4) got out cheaply, the team managed through with Vipin (50) and Tarun Sharma (52*) made a massive impact in the death overs. The Sunrise Cricket Club bowlers, with captain Rajbir Singh and Vipin Kumar took 2 wickets each, while Ankush Thakur and Rajesh Gupta took one wicket each. 

Chasing the big total, Sunrise Cricket Club started aggressively with Abhishek Khosla, Tinku Tomar and Ajay hammering hard and scripted victory in just 14.1 overs. Dhruv Cricket Club’s only wicket was taken by Vishal.
