Auto-lifter caught with stolen vehicle

The staff comprising HC Rahul and constables Narender and Amrit Pal nabbed an auto litter during patrolling.

Sensing danger with police presence, the man on a scooty tried to flee but soon was overpowered.

On interrogation, he was identified as Rohan Sharma alias Monu  27 years. He revealed that he had stolen the scooty from Chander Nagar, Delhi. The accused was found involved in other 49 cases of snatching, theft and vehicle lifting registered with different police stations. He was declared a BC (Bad Character) and an externee from Shahdara. The police recovered the stolen scooty as well.
