Delhi Police with Election Commission conclude fair election

Delhi Police stood guard over the Delhi legislative election, ensuring peaceful and fair voting. Around 3 pm 46% voters turned out to vote reflecting satisfactory participation of voters.

Police personnel kept an eye intending to preempt any untoward incident. The cops deputed on polling booths were seen helping specially-abled, senior citizens to vote. Moreover, police had installed selfie corners near voting booths. Commissioner of Police and other senior officials had inspected voting booths, leaving no lapses in the voting process. 

The complaints floated on social media platforms were swiftly resolved by the police. 

In addition, Delhi Police further assure safe handling of EVM and voting-related machines.
